English Muffin & Healthy Beef Patty

Ini breakfast pagi tadi. Malam tadi dah siap prepare english muffin n beef patty, so bangun this morning cuma masakkan patty tu saja n panaskan mufin tu utk bekal anak2 n myself. Bila combine patty ngan mufin ni hmmm...better than yg kat fastfood to ler plus its more healthier pasal it contains vegetables, fresh minced meat n goreng pakai sunflower oil. Resepi utk patty tu basicnya saya cedok kt myresipi tapi di modified sesuai selera dan pasal nak bagi anak2 makan sayur.

BEEF PATTY (Daging Burger)
Bahan2:
300g minced beef
1 labu bawang besar
1/2 btg carrot
5-6 button mushroom
segenggam lada hitam ditumbuk hancur
lebih kurang 2 cubit garam
1sdb gula
1sdb Lea & Perrins Worchestershire sauce
1 atau 2 cwn breadcrumb
1 bj telur
Sheredded cheddar cheese
- vege tu boleh tambah apa2 saja
Cara2:
  1. Masukkan bawang, carrot, mushroom in food processor. Mesin sekejap.
  2. Masukkan bahan2 lain- minced, grm, gula, worchestershire sauce, bread crumb, telur- mesin lagi.
  3. Keluarkan, campurkan dgn shredded cheddar cheese rata2 dan pat kan daging tu ikut ketebalan yg diingini. Saya suka buat tebal2.
  4. Panaskan minyak dan goreng. Boleh simpan overnite utk rasa yg lebih serasi.
